Our Company’s History
GUYDLOGISTICS is a Florida-based C-Corporation headquartered in Davie, Florida, and founded in 2014. The idea of establishing the company came as a result of the owner’s long-term relationship and experience with the overseas operations of one of America’s largest international corporations. Since then, GUYDLOGISTICS has been specializing in freight transportation services throughout the continental US and Canada. GUYDLOGISTICS offers supply chain solutions to customers nationally in such vertical markets as Food and Beverage, Commercial and Residential HVAC, Aircraft and Aerospace, Wholesale Grocery, Automotive, Pharmaceutical, and various government agencies.
In 2015, GUYDLOGISTICS became certified as a Women-Owned Business Enterprise (WBE), then as a SmartWay carrier in 2016, increasing the company’s scope and reach on a national level. GUYDLOGISTICS continues its certification with these organizations. In 2020, the Company embarked on an aggressive growth initiative by concentrating on innovative customer solutions and operations support. This investment and focus, despite of the challenges of Covid-19, capacity constraints, along with domestic and global supply chain issues, has paid dividends. GUDLOGISTICS is exceptional provider that relishes challenges and defies the odds. We continue to grow and expand.
GUYDLOGISTICS is an asset-based member of the Transportation Intermediary Association (TIA), with operations available round-the-clock (365/24/7), and insurance coverage of $2M for Auto Liability, $2M for General Liability, and 250K for Cargo. Additional insurance coverage is available for higher valued commodities.
